That looks good.  Hardware accelaration probably
works correctly, so that shouldn't be the cause of
the problem.

I noticed you mentioned that you exchanged the
ATA cable (was a 40pin one), so UDMA4 mode is now
working.  That should be definitely better than
PIO4.
