pkgsrc build from source issue?

    Another option is to run the targets in /usr/src/nrelease:

    cd /usr/src/nrelease
    make pkgsrc_bootstrap
    make pkgsrc_conf

    Again, this hasn't been integrated into 'make upgrade' yet.  Basically
    those targets need to be copied over.
