make buildworld fails

     Make sure you have a ~/.cvsrc file with the following in it:

     cvs -q
     diff -u
     update -Pd
     checkout -P
     rtag -a

     Then try completely removing /usr/src and /usr/obj, and then re-check-out
     /usr/src and try doing a normal bulidworld without any special C 
     options.
