Hm. I guess you must have WRKOBJDIR set to /usr/obj in mk.conf? I've
never done that, so there may be extra foot-shooting potential I'm
not aware of.
Does /usr/obj/pkgsrc/devel/glib2/work exist, or not? Is there a
/usr/pkgsrc/devel/glib2/work directory perhaps?
