no inodes free

:What's gone wrong and how can I deal with it? Do I have to reformat the

    Your /home partition is only 1.6G? 

    Do a 'disklabel ad0s2' and post the output.  If the fragment size is
    already set fairly small there isn't a whole lot you can do other then
    delete some files.  Most people do not create such tiny /home partitions.
