OpenBSD's dhclient

    I'm all for greater security.  Here's a question... is the OpenBSD 
    dhclient a derivative of the one we are currently using, or is it
    a complete rewrite?

    If it has all the features we need and works about the same way, I
    see no problem bringing it into the code base.
