parser error on building gdm.xml

Hi,

While building gnome/gdm.xml, it looks like stalled on this:

uk/gdm.xml:2358: parser error : Entity 'mdash' not defined
              <para>%r — Ð²Ð¸Ð¿ÑÑÐº (Ð²ÐµÑÑÑÑ OS)</para>
                                     ^
uk/gdm.xml:2360: parser error : Entity 'percnt' not defined
              <para>%s — Ð½Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð° ÑÐ¸ÑÑÐµÐ¼Ð¸ (ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÐ¾ 
ÐÐ¸ÑÑÐµÐ¼Ð¸ (ÑÐ¾Ð±ÑÐ¾ Ð

When looking for this via altavista, I found the building does show this 
and builds well, but it doesn't report any stalling in the build. Anyone 
an idea on this?
