xmms-musepack

running 1.6.0

installed xmms through pkgsrc -> works.
installed xmms-musepack -> xmms doesn't see the plugin

Are there any library mechanisms preventing the xmms binary
to see newly installed libs or files?

I understand there is the goal to relate binaries to
specific files. Is this already implemented?
