Main site early morning power failure, systems now back up

    There were numerous power failures last night due to wind.  One at
    around 05:40 lasted long enough for the UPS to run out of juice.
    The UPS monitoring software worked as intended and shut the machines
    down.  They came up clean when I started them back up this morning.
