I am guessing that
http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/x11-servers/xorg-server/files/patch-atimobility
is a patch that you may need.

Manually apply it or correctly add it to pkgsrc/x11/xorg-libs/patches/ and 
run "bmake mps" and "bmake clean" in xorg-server and "bmake install".
