Mounting problem

Mount_msdos /dev/ad0s5 /dos_d
returns   no such file or directory
sh MAKEDEV ad0s5a

Mount_msdos /dev/ad0s3 /dos_d
returns  invalid arguments
that's the extended slice I guess, not the contained slice.
