Actually, IPv6 has been available for Microsoft Windows since Windows 
2000 SP3ish as a developer update, and included with Windows XP as 
experimental driver (all Since XP SP1 (or SP2, not sure), support is implemented. I actually have it running here, both 
with route advertisements and without.
