Everybody using iir is advised to cvsup and recompile the kernel. I think
the fix will appear in RELEASE 1.2 soon, too.

Correct improper permissions on /dev/iir. The earlier permissions
of 0644 allowed for people to do Evil Things via ioctl(2).
