Well as Thomas Spanjaard said iwic(4) should work. But it does not, because
i4b_iwic_pci.c does not understand correctly the vendor id.

The same here for ihfc(4)
dmesg output for the two cards:
pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x1043, dev=0x0675) at 12.0 irq 10
pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x1397, dev=0x2bd0) at 14.0 irq 5
and pciconf -l -v shows:
none1 at pci0:12:0: class=0x028000 card=0x17040675 chip=0x06751043 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00
vendor = 'Asustek Computer Inc.'
device = 'HFC-S PCI A Cologne Chip'
class = network
none2 at pci0:14:0: class=0x028000 card=0x2bd01397 chip=0x2bd01397 rev=0x02 hdr=0x00
vendor = 'Cologne Chip Designs GmbH'
device = 'HFC-S PCI A ISDN 2BDS0 ISDN HDLC FIFO Controller'
class = network
