SSL is supported natively, but at least older version didn't support
both ssl and non-ssl at the same time. SSI is supported directly too.
For Perl, Python, PHP and other extensions, use FastCGI. It's normally
as fast as the modules and works outside the webserver, which is IMO
a *big* plus. Esp. mod_php is horrible written.
