bus_alloc_resource fails for AVM ISDN B1 card

Yeah, I could do that and it'll probably work, but what I'd like to
know is why the card runs fine under FreeBSD with the same
out-of-the-box ISDN stuff and causes problems with DFly.

I'd consider cheating as a last resort... :-)
