Heads up: ISC-DHCP and binutils, Perl going soon

Hi all,
I've commited Simon's dhcp-3.0.2rc3 update, switched binutils to 2.15
and added a C based sockstat from FreeBSD.

This means that Perl will be removed from base in the next days.

Also on the list is the update to CVS 1.12.11, I hope to get that ready
until tomorror.

This does affect -current, but matters for -stable soon, too. The left-overs
of Perl and binutils-2.14 will be handled soon, too.
