which branch to use?

Could anyone tell me which BRANCH I should follow?
Is a downgrade to  preview possible?
   

Don't bother. -PREVIEW will be slipped Real Soon Now, and then you can
/upgrade/ to preview.
But you might still have to rebuild everything (not sure when the dirent
changes came in - might be for 1.3.3).
 

Thanks for the information. The rebuild of all sources should be the 
problem. ;)
