How to make INSTALLS_DEPENDS?

Can you try http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~joerg/bsd.port.mk against
share/mk? They once again added some incompatible magic to ports :(
I don't trigger this myself, since I don't use the normal dependency
installation.

I uninstalled apache and mm, patched /usr/share/mk/bsd.port.mk, and 
runned portinstall -Rp www/apache13-modssl with this result:
