What tool to edit man pages?

Great!

If you look on FreeBSD.org via cvsweb or via your own checked
out repo, you will see alot of man page commits come from 'ru'.
These are removing white-space and other minor fixes.

Basically, many of these commits can apply to our tree also.
Once you have generated the patches with diff (man diff) just
submit them to submit at . I will glady commit them.
