Heads up: Depricated drivers

Hi all,
to reduce future work in various areas, the following drivers / options
will be removed in two weeks, if noone complains:
- GPLed math emulator
- GPLed dgb driver
- GPLed awe driver
- old pre-newbus rp driver (use nrp instead)
- OLDCARD aka pcic (also not build as module by default)

The stable tag has been moved to the changed versions.
