[DragonFlyBSD - Submit #3355] [PATCH] Port ext4 extents support from FreeBSD

Issue #3355 has been updated by sigttou.

File 0002-ext2fs-extent-ballocation.patch added

Attached is a follow-up patch to be applied after patch 0001. The original patch enables reading extent-backed files, but `ext2_ext_balloc()` remains a stub returning `EINVAL`, so writes fail. This addition wires it to `ext4_ext_get_blocks()`.
