This is a mostly* very straightforward update of contrib/awk to the current 
version, which is 20260426.

* I did simplify the actual build of awk so that proctab.c actually depends on 
maketab rather than just hoping that maketab is built in time, which may not 
always be true with a sufficiently parallelized build.
