I've moved the structure/array into <sys/diskmbr.h> instead which seems like the appropriate place.

Hello,

We have part_type structure which is used in the fdisk(8) and
installer(8). Definition of this structure is duplicated in
the source code of this utils. Let's move its definition
to the <sys/sysids.h> to prevent duplication.
