Yes, the kernel booted with hw.pci.mcfg=1 in /boot/loader.conf
(the patch applied against 942d88efd, though).

Hello,
Writing 0xffffffff to BAR while memory address decoding in the PCI command register is enabled may make PCIe memory mapped configuration region inaccessible. Disabling memory address decoding can help.
