CCD / 1.9 disklabel manpage update patch

:So, since vinum was not working, I tried to create a CCD,
:and recalling the discussion on the lists, remembered someone talking

:It looks like the needed FS_CCD disklabel changes didn't make it to the
:docs..

:attached is a patch for ccd(4) and ccdconfig(8).

:not sure what else is lurking in the docs related to the disklabel
:changes...
