[PATCH] [V2] add options to ps(1) to display lwp data

    I think we've overloaded that field too much already.  The field is 
    called 'tid' and tid means thread id and thread id means the LWP id.

    If we want to export a pointer to the kernel thread structure then we
    need to do it with a new field.
