[PATCH] Fix ldconfig paths in default configuration

:Fix ldconfig paths in default configuration.

:We don't have /usr/X11R6 and we don't have package system installing
:stuff into /usr/local, but into /usr/pkg.
:
:"ldconfig_paths_aout" isn't used in DragonFlyBSD.

    Committed, with some modifications.  /usr/local/lib is retained since
    locally developed or manually compiled applications would likely be
    installed there.
