Please review/test it.

Works fine on HEAD, w/ builtin NIC on Thinkpad X32.
Tested all three rate modules; didn't see difference (only one AP and one client).
Sorry for the late response; I got pc after your post.

It seems like this hasn't been commited yet; please do; before release if possible!
