static binary support for citrus

Hi all,
the patch http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~joerg/citrus_static.diff
contains the first part for compiling modules into static binaries.
Rebuild libc and the modules and use it by compiling the object
files from ${modules}.a in. It's important that you don't use the
archive itself, but the included object. I still have to find
a clever way to simplify that part.
