rm -I usage fix

    Both changes have been committed.  I also got rid of the 'dumb user'
    mention in the manual page as per a prior suggestion.  

    I've had rm aliased to rm -I for a while now and it has not resulted
    in any frustration :-)  I am going to label the effort a success!
