[PATCH] Don't ignore -DNOFSCHG

:stuff as schg follow NOFSCHG, if defined. (It's needed to be able to run
:make installworld in a jail, in FreeBSD 5).

    Thanks for the patch, I've committed it.  I had to patch it manually,
    though, the patch program didn't accept the patch.
