src/sys/vm cleanup

    The ANSIfication patch looks fine, I'll commit it.   Style work in
    the kernel is a little more problematic but if we are going to do it,
    now is probably a good time.  If you are volunteering, do it in two
    passes... do an ANSIfication pass similar to your vm patchset, and then
    do a separate style pass.
