    Ok.  Did you mean to rename nvidia-patched to NVIDIA-patched?
    There are a lot of these in the diff:

-diff -urN ./src/nvidia_os_pci.c ../../nvidia-patched/src/nvidia_os_pci.c
+diff -urN ./src/nvidia_os_pci.c ../../NVIDIA-patched/src/nvidia_os_pci.c
