editors/emacs21 port override

emacs21 would not compile with CCVER=gcc2 since crt{begin,end}.o were 
moved out of /usr/lib, nor with CCVER=gcc3 for the same reason and the 
lack of __FreeBSD__.  Here's a port override that works around both of 
these (through #ifdefs added to src/s/freebsd.h).  It's not as correct 
as a real dragonfly-specific build would be, but it compiles and edits 
files on my machine.
