various patches

hello, I made some patches/overides for gstreamer-plugins, libdvdread 
and libmpeg2
the overides are only needed with CCVER=gcc3. The Makefile-patch is 
needed, because ports will barf with:
libmpeg2 # make all
"/usr/ports/Mk/bsd.autotools.mk", line 2: USE_LIBTOOL deprecated: 
replace with USE_LIBTOOL_VER=...
