if_bfe from FreeBSD 4.9

:I did some work on getting the if_bfe driver from FreeBSD to work
:in DragonFly, and here's the results.  It's working great for me.
:
:bfe.tar.bz2 is the bfe directory under src/sys/dev/netif/
:bfe.diff is a diff against the rest of the tree.
:bfe.4 is the manpage.
