Build breakage in usr.bin/getconf/

getconf bails out with:
cc -O -pipe  -I/home/eirikn/src/usr.bin/getconf -DSTABLE    -c confstr.c
In file included from confstr.c:13:
getconf.h:39: syntax error before `intmax_t'
*** Error code 1

intmax_t is not defined/typedefed in any header file getconf.h includes.
