NEWCARD test patch

This patch brings in the NEWCARD framework from FreeBSD 5.0 with
the device list from HEAD. ATM this is not meant for commit, just for
those willing to play with it. It requires the PCI compat and the
PCI bridge patches. The wi driver is patched to use NEWCARD, if you
use other drivers try to get the FreeBSD 5 pccard interface and
look at the versions check. Basically you want the 5.x part ;-)

Just to repeat: Some parts are ugly hacks and may not even work.
