A fix to auto-bound local ports for IPv6 UDP issue

Hi,
Can someone look at this patch and if it's still needed to fix UDP DNS
queries to IPv6 servers?

It's basically auto-bound local ports created by sendto() do not receive
packets for IPv6 UDP case because it's not in the hashes (wildcard or local
group).
