Release 3.4.2 soon

I'm going to tag DragonFly 3.4.2 very soon, so that we have an
official version with the recent fixes for DragonFly under KVM/Xen:

As far as I know, there's nothing else that needs to be merged from
current, but if there is - now's the time.
