Fwd: CVS commit: pkgsrc/devel/automake

We have texinfo 4.13 in DragonFly 3.0; automake 1.13, which is not yet
in pkgsrc, requires 4.9, from what I'm reading in the forwarded note
below.  Anyone want to update texinfo?

That will be an issue with the texinfo version in NetBSD which is still 4.8.
