Xorg doesnt install dependencies in 2.7

Yep, that's it.  The pkg_radd binaries were built on a 2.7 system that's
more than a few days old, and that version bump in OpenSSL is what caused
the difference.  You can build from source to "fix" it, or just wait a few
weeks for the next quarterly release and 2.8, if it's working now.
