Ah, I didn't know that the list was not terminated with a NULL.  Just
replace the while() loop in vmap_resident_count() with the one taken
from other functions in the file, like this:

	for (entry = v->header.next; entry != &v->header; entry = entry->next) {
				:
	}

and you're done.
