libXt build issue

pkgsrc-2010Q1.  However, I think I found the problem.  Uncommenting
MAKE_JOBS on the problem machine let it build; I'm rebuilding with smp
support to see if it will work again once that's done.  (Plus I'd want to
take advantage of that anyway.)
