64-bit vkernel

:The code for the 64-bit vkernel is now available from my leaf repo 
:(git://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~smtms/dragonfly.git), branch 'vkernel2'.
:It works pretty ok.
:I'm leaving it to you guys to do the integration work.
:The pmap code should be reviewed by Matt.
    
    Jordan, thanks a lot for doing the work!  It will take me a bit
    of time to merge it due to the amd64->x86_64 rename but I will
    start working on it and hopefully get it in for the upcoming release.
