-What is your host OS?
-What is the DragonFly version ?
-What is the VirtualBox version ?
-Does your CPU support h/w visualization extensions?
-Can you get a back-trace ?

Works fine here, with opensolaris 134 as host, DragonFly 2.6.x, 2.7.x
and VirtualBox 3.1.8, with VT-x enabled.
