Contributor updates

I was going to post something on kernel@ to match my Digest article,
reminding people to get their name on the dragonflybsd.org Team page if
they had contributed anything to DragonFly.

Alex Hornung went and updated the Team page already - thanks, Alex!

If there's anyone else still missing, please put your name on there.  It's
not a list of committers, but a list of contributors, some of whom commit,
so there's no real distinction whether you have a commit bit or not.  If
you're already on there, update your areas of interest if they've changed
- it's an easy way for people to find out who's working on what.
