So - what defines 'low-traffic' then? One message per week? per month?
I don't mean low-traffic as in absolute message count, but low-traffic in
that there's very few messages that don't affect everyone.
Much of the user@/kernel@/commits@ discussion is about things that don't
affect day-to-day use, and there's no reason to force people to parse
everything else.
I don't disagree in general - but what I'm pointing to is that with as few posts 
per-day on other-than ~d.commits as we have now, there isn't much to have to 
parse anyway. And given any reasonably-sane newsreader pullign 'Subject:' 
headers, neither force nor even much time or b/w consumed.

FWIW, anyone NOT tracking ~d.commits, at least to scan subjects, could get the 
(false, IMNSHO) impression that the project had stalled.

That impression has historically attracted trolls and 'noise' postings = 
something DFLY has been remarkably free of lately.

The 'Subject:' line seems to do all we need, eg 'HEADS UP', 'ANNOUNCEMENT', 
'..HAMMER..' or such....
