No, we should MFC the bind update.
better the fix alone.

there are also a couple of other fixes which didn't get MFC'ed yet i 
think.  we need some kind of MFC reminder thingy or so.  after all 
insta-MFCs are not nice, but else i keep forgetting to MFC the changes.
